This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from shop.hagerty.com (the "Site").

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS

Europe

We limit tracking in Europe. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

California

We limit tracking in California. If you live in California, you have several rights concerning your personal data. Specifically, you have the right:

• To correct the data that we have;
• To have your data deleted;
• To opt-out of the sharing or selling of information. We do not sell any personal information. We only share personal information with third-parties to market directly to you if you either specifically opt-in or have the opportunity to opt-out and elect not to opt-out of that sharing. If you are under 16 years old, then you must opt-in to this type of sharing

We will not discriminate against any person exercising any of these rights. These rights may be limited by law. For example, we may not be able to delete your data so we can defend ourselves in a lawsuit. Some data, such as insurance data, may be exempt from these obligations. We will need to verify your identify before fulfilling these requests.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
